  A Bruce Lee lo conocemos como artista marcial y por sus películas. Una persona muy despierta, perspicaz y crítica que revolucionó el concepto de las artes marciales. Detrás de este hombre, que tan sólo vivió treinta y dos años, hay todo un filósofo (era licenciado en Filosofía) que hizo una profunda reflexión sobre el ser humano y su potencial educativo. Desde sus reflexiones filosóficas, vamos a establecer toda una serie de principios que relacionan al ser humano con su (auto)educación, a la vez que desmitificamos la figura (siempre rodeada de anécdotas y farsas) para situarla en el plano humano y valorar cuanto pensó y dijo, avanzándose en el tiempo, con referencia a las posibilidades que cada persona tiene para madurar y crecer, desde un punto de vista espiritual.

  Este artículo está pensado tanto para profesionales de la educación en general como para profesionales de la educación física en particular, a la vez que para filósofos, antropólogos y pensadores sobre el ser humano.

  : We know Bruce Lee as a martial artist and for his films. A bright, perceptive, and critical person that revolutionized the concept of martial arts. Behind this man, who only lived for 32 years, there is a real philosopher (he had a degree in philosophy), who deeply reflected about the human being and his educational potential. From his philosophical reflections, we will establish a series of principles that relate the human being with his (self)education, and at the same time we will demystify his figure (always surrounded by anecdotes and shams) to place him at the human level and to appraise what he said and thought, being ahead of his time, with reference to the possibilities that every person has to mature and grow up from a spiritual point of view. This article is written both for education professionals in general and for physical education professionals, in particular, as well as for philosophers, anthropologists and thinkers about the human being.
