As in the first part of this article the author asks herself if the journalistic profession is delegitimized and which is the source of its true legitimacy, in this second part we find ourselves one step further. The question now is what to expect from the informative company, of the audience, and of the government with regard to the right to information. The article transcends the journalist's personal field examining the social responsibility of the informative company in the society as a whole, by questioning itself about which could be the consequences of the relationship between the private company and the common right, not only to but also from the information? What can we expect from the criteria of an audience who does not even understand the purpose of journalism? And what role should the government play in all of this? These and other matters are treated in depth in this last part of the article dedicated to the legitimacy of the journalistic practice in the present context.

Després d'haver tractat amb minuciositat, a la primera part de l'article, la qüestió des del punt de vista del periodista, en aquesta segona part, la qüestió que l'article es planteja és qué cal esperar de l'empresa informativa, de l'audiéncia i del govern, en referéncia al dret a la informació. L'article transcendeix l'àmbit personal del periodista interrogant-se sobre la responsabilitat social de l'empresa informativa en el conjunt de la societat, tot preguntant-se sobre quinos poden ser les conseqüències de la relació entre empresa privada i dret comú, no només a sinó també de la informació? Qué podem esperar del criteri d'una audiéncia que ja no entén la finalitat del periodisme? I quin paper hauria de jugar el govern en tot això? Aquestes i altres qüestions son tractades en profunditat en aquesta segona part de l'article que acaba de respondre sobre la legitimitat de l'exercici periodístic en el context actual.
