SUMMARY: THE PURPOSES OF THIS ARTICLE ARE TO DISCUSS THE TECHNIQUE OF THE SNATCH/CLEAN PULLS AND TO ADDRESS THE COACHING POINTS OF PULLING ACTIONS. THE PULL HAS 2 PRIMARY FORMS, THE CLEAN GRIP AND SNATCH GRIP STYLES, WHICH CAN BE FURTHER BROKEN DOWN TO THE PULL AND "HIGH PULL" VERSIONS. ALTHOUGH THERE ARE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE CLEAN/SNATCH GRIP STYLES, THE BASIC MOVEMENT PATTERNS, ERRORS, AND COACHING POINTS REMAIN SIMILAR.
