Resumen de Complementaridade da função turismo nos circuitos turísticos de Minas Gerais: um estudo do circuito turístico Campo das Vertentes

  The tourist circuits represent a new conception of relationship between the various spheres of public power and civil society, because require an effort to build, collectively, a new model of management. The project involves ongoing negotiations between the authorities involved, joints various agreements and planning of the actions of a participative way, aiming at the integration between the municipalities participants. Moreover, this paper analyzes some effects of complementarity of the tourism in tourist circuits of the State of Minas Gerais - Brazil, more specifically in tourist circuit Campo das Vertentes, the same time demand generate subsidies for initiatives in the field of public policies in support of the development and planning regional tourist.

  Os circuitos turísticos representam uma nova concepção de relacionamento entre as diversas esferas do poder público e da sociedade civil, pois exigem um esforço no sentido de construir, coletivamente, um novo modelo de gestão. O projeto envolve negociações permanentes entre as instâncias envolvidas, articulações de acordos diversos e planejamento das ações de forma participativa, visando à integração entre os municípios participantes. Diante disso, o presente trabalho analisa alguns efeitos da complementaridade da função turismo nos circuitos turísticos do Estado de Minas Gerais - Brasil, mais especificamente no circuito turístico Campo das Vertentes, ao mesmo tempo em que procura gerar subsídios para as iniciativas no campo das políticas públicas em apoio ao desenvolvimento e planejamento turístico regional.
