    El presente trabajo parte de la complejidad de la naturaleza humana y la necesidad de resaltar el papel que tiene la ética y moral. Ello con el fin de mostrar dos realidades.

    Primero, una antropológica-existencial a saber: la condición dilemática del hombre; y segundo, la política-social, es decir, la necesidad que tenemos de recordarle a todo hombre la obligación que tiene de aprender a gobernarse a sí mismo con el fin de minimizar el impacto de los juegos ideológicos.

    The present paper assumes the complexity of the human nature and the necessity of standing out the character that acquires the ethics and moral. Standing out at least two realities. First, an anthropological-existential: the man's disjunctive condition; and second, the politics-social: the necessity that we have of reminding all man the obligation that has of learning how to be governed itself with the purpose of minimizing the impact of the ideological games.
