    En este artículo se intenta pensar el lugar de Mario Bellatin dentro y fuera de sus textos y ponerlo en función de una problematización acerca del sentido en su obra. El escritor mexicano ha dado que hablar a la crítica con la aparición tanto de sus nuevas publicaciones (desde Flores, en 2004) como de sí mismo en performances, congresos, puestas en escena de su propia obra, o desde la "Escuela dinámica de escritores". En todas ellas se puede ver la intención de problematizar las fronteras de los textos y, en último término, de la literatura. Sus novelas no se quedan atrás: material autobiográfico y de fuerte anclaje referencial aparece en ellas, pero con un cierto signo negativo, superando las categorías de autoficción y pacto autobiográfico. Este dinamismo de su figura y lugar de autor plantea cierta desestabilización en el sentido que amenazaría con convertir a la obra en un espacio indecidible.

    In this article I attempt to rethink the position of Mario Bellatin from both within and outside his texts and to examine the problematic repercussions for the nature of meaning in his work. The mexican writer has raised critical discussions, as much as a result of the publication of new works (from Flores, in 2004), as his protagonism in a number of performances, lectures, theatrical adaptations of his own work, or with his "Dinamic School of Writers". In all of them it can be identified the intention to problematize the boundaries of texts, and, ultimately, of literature itself. His novels are by no means left out of this purpose: they include autobiographical material, as well as others marked referential elements, but with a negative sign, exceeding the category of auto-fiction and autobiographical contract. The versatility of his character and the role of the author imply a certain destabilization of meaning that threatens to turn the work into an unsayable space
