Concepciones de niño y niña y desarrollo infantil que subyacen en los programas de formación de talento humano en educación inicial en Colombia

    El presente documento profundiza en los sentidos que el talento humano, en el campo de la educación inicial, le otorga a las concepciones de niñez y desa- rrollo infantil y a su relación con la perspectiva de derechos de la infancia. Esta categoría, junto con otras cuatro, fueron analizadas en la investigación �Programas de formación del talento humano en educación inicial: perspectivas para el cambio�, de- sarrollada por el CINDE con el apoyo de Colcien- cias, en el año 2008. La investigación, entre otros aspectos, reveló que existe correspondencia entre dichas concepciones y las intenciones y acciones pedagógicas de los profesionales que atienden a los niños y niñas en educación inicial.

    perspectives for the change�, developed by the CIN- DE with Colciencias support, in the year 2008. %e investigation, between other aspects, reflected that correspondence exists between the above mentio- ned conceptions and the intentions and pedagogic actions of the professionals who attend to the chil- dren and girls in initial education.
