La economía social y solidaria como escenario nuevo de la mutualidad

    La mutualidad es una de las mejores expresiones humanas de fraternidad, cuyas versiones dan cuenta —más destacadamente— de las experiencias de los babilonios, del presidente Franklin —en 1782 con su mutual contra incendios— y, como factor clave para el hospedaje, afianzamiento, desarrollo y expansión de la inmigración y su redignificación.

    En la actualidad, esa mutualidad exige herramientas nuevas ante la mundialización de la economía con sus extravagantes esquemas financieros que han repercutido tan negativa y excluyentemente en el campo del trabajo y de la seguridad social, fundamental y trascendentemente.

    Esas primeras herramientas son humanas y ya deben reconfigurar identificación y encarnación personal con su mutual, sintiéndola, sabiéndola y mostrándola como propia, ya que un gesto vale más que mil palabras y la impresión inicial siempre condiciona las posteriores.

    Bajo estas premisas, la capacitación y auto capacitación constante e incentivada, la innovación, la productividad, la competitividad y la entusiasta creatividad confirman al capital humano mutual como clave de estas organizaciones solidarias. Así mismo y ante las crecientes necesidades de crecientes desocupados y marginados, estamos ante un enorme desafío humano que merece —en términos de estricta justicia— un mercado que abandone sus lógicas cerradas del lucro como valor supremo y esto sea acompañado con aperturas progresivas en el contexto local, regional y mundial a nuevas formas de actividades economías y de servicios esenciales más caracterizados por la mutualidad y los asociativismos solidarios con clivaje en la sociedad civil para el logro del desarrollo humano, mucho más allá de los primeros objetivos del milenio hasta estructurizar la cultura de la satisfacción en plenitud, universalmente.

    Por último, globalizar la mutualidad será poner nuestros mejores avances del conocimiento al servicio de este objetivo, destacando la exploración científica y aproximaciones académicas relacionadas con las diferentes visiones y estrategias existentes en el campo mutual, especialmente desde y hacia la perspectiva y prospectiva de la pobreza, de hirientes disparidades desde lo económico, territorial, político, ecológico y cultural. Este objetivo deberá ser apto para intensos procesos de integración y cohesión humana estratégicos, transfronterizos y trasnacionales, reeditando en esta hipermodernidad todo lo bueno de la jalea de solidaridad propia de las primeras comunidades de creyentes y personas de buena voluntad, con neutralidad y sin discriminaciones ni excluidos en “esta posteridad”, convencida con Mario Benedetti que, todos juntos, codo a codo, somos mucho más que dos.

    Mutuality is one of the best human expressions of brotherhood whose versions proves to be more prominent than the experiences of the Babylonians, from President Franklin’s Mutual in 1782 against fi re , as a key factor for hosting, consolidation, development and expansion of the Immigration and redignifi cación.

    Today, that mutuality requires new tools to the globalization of the economy with its extravagant fi nancial schemes that have aff ected so negatively and exclusively in the fi eld of labor and social security, fundamental and important.

    These tools in the fi rst place are human and must reconfi gure identifi cation and personal incarnation through mutuality, feeling it, knowing it and showing it as their own, as a gesture worth more than a thousand words in fact the initial impression always determines the post.

    Under these premises, training and encouraged ongoing self-training, innovation, productivity, competitiveness, enthusiastic creativity confi rme human capital as key to these organizations of solidarity.

    And also to the growing needs of unemployed and marginalized we are facing an enormous human challenge that deserves, in strict terms of justice, a market that abandons its logic of profi t as the supreme value and this should be accompanied with progressive openings in the local, regional and global economy’s context,regional and global economies, new forms of activities and essential services more characterized by mutuality and solidarity associative with cleavage in the Civil Society for the achievement of human development, well beyond the fi rst millennium goals to estructure culture fully satisfi ed universally.

    Finally, globalization of mutual fund advances will be to our best knowledge at the service of this goal, highlighting the scientifi c exploration and academic approaches related to diff erent visions and strategies and mutual fi eld, especially to and from the perspective of poverty and prospects of hurtful as from economic disparities, territorial, political, ecological and cultural goal which should be suitable for intense integration processes and human cohesion strategic, cross-border and transnational reissued in this hyper all the good of the jelly of solidarity characteristic of the fi rst communities of believers and people of good will, with neutrality and without discrimination or exclusion in “the seed” with Mario Benedetti convinced that together, shoulder to shoulder, we are more than two.
