    Objetivos: Identificar las actividades ejecutadas por las Enfermeras en el escenario hospitalar, analizar los hallazgosa la luz de la concepción administrativa de enfermería de Trevizan y comentarlos a través del pensamiento de Florence Nightingale en la concepción de Lady-nurses y Nurses. Métodos: El estudio utilizó una encuesta con la pregunta: ¿Cuáles son las actividades que más realizas en el escenario hospitalar? Aplicado a 32 Enfermeras. Resultados: Indicaron las Administrativas, subdivididas en burocráticas con el 62,3% y no burocráticas el 37,7% y otra No administrativa. Debate: en los hallazgos observé que no encontramos las Ladies Nurses ni Nurses en el escenario hospitalar, sino, la Manager Nurse, en el sentido de una relación estricta entre la administración y la asistencia. Conclusión: la necesidad de profundar el termino Manager Nurse, que no fue propuesta de este estudio.

    Objective: Identify the activities executed for the Nurses in the hospital scene, to analyze the findings grounded in the administrative conception of nursing of Trevizan and comment them through the thought of Florence Nightingale in the conception of Lady-nurses and Nurses. Method: The study it used a questionnaire with the question: Which the activities that you more execute in the hospital scene? Applied the 32 Nurses. Results: They had pointed with respect to Administrative, subdivided in bureaucratic with 62,3% and not-bureaucratic 37,7% and to another not-administrative one. In the findings I observed that we do not find the Ladies Nurses nor Nurses in the hospital scene, and yes, the Manager Nurse, in the direction of a narrow relation between the administration and the assistance. Conclusion: The necessity of the deepening of the term Manager Nurse that was not proposal of this study

    Objetivo: Analisar as atividades da Enfermeira no cenário hospitalar na construção do conhecimento para Enfermagem, com base no referencial de análise é referente à administração na concepção de Maria Auxiliadora Trevisan e de Florence Nightingale sobre a Ladie Nurses e as Nurses. Método: Trata-se de um estudo exploratório sobre as atividades exercidas pelos Enfermeiros no cenário hospitalar, que contou como instrumento de pesquisa do tipo auto-administrativo com a pergunta: Quais as atividades que você mais executa no cenário hospitalar? Aplicado a 32 Enfermeiras. Resultados: Apontaram para Administrativas, subdivididas em burocráticas com 62,3% e não-burocráticas 37,7% e a outra Não-administrativa. Conclusão: Nos achados não foram encontradas as Ladies Nurses nem Nurses no cenário hospitalar, e sim, a Manager Nurse, no sentido de uma relação estreita entre a administração e a assistência
