  • Resumen
    • The following paper intends to revise the transformations related to the relationships between immateriality and subjectivation of labour, understanding that such modifications are subordi - nated to the changes that predominate nowadays. Updating that is perceived in the transferen - ce from a disciplinary society into a control one, from modernity (estate) into postmodernity (posestate) and from imperialism to empire. In this crossing, the subjectivation in labour terms and its makeup into General Intellect immaterialises the very work and confronts the capitalist model, distancing itself from the antagonist relationships employee-employer and encouraging independent processes of alternative subjectivity as a different labour organization. That is how the new intellectual exercises of labour subjectivation emerge from the autonomous postulates of immaterial labour, facing a scene which results in an imminent retreat and absence of the estate
