  • Resumen
    • Due to the limited definition given to diversity, it has been difficult for educators and managerial personnel to identify those elements of training that are required to conduct business within the global market. The authors provide a definition of diversity, why cross-cultural diversity management training is essential, where the responsibility lies, and how cross-cultural diversity management can be incorporated into course curriculum.
