    Las relaciones entre derecho y ética, además de pertenecer a un sistema normativo, están condicionadas por el sentido de convivencia de las acciones humanas. Pero la ética se debe sobreponer a lo meramente normativo y fáctico, pues trata de valorar la vida como la condición de todo valor. Así, considera el autor que una "ética mundial", se debe basar en unos derechos a la humanización que garanticen la paz, el bien, la igualdad, el diálogo, la libertad

    Relations between law and ethics, in addition to belonging to a set of rules and regulations, are conditioned by the sense of the co-existence of human actions. However, ethics ought to take precedence over what is merely normative and factual, since they deal with valuing life as the condition for all value. Thus, the author considers that a "world ethic" ought to be based on some rights to humanization that guarantee peace, good, equality, dialog and freedom
