    L’autor presenta una de les personalitats rellevants del reformisme islàmic: Muhammad Iqbal (1876-1938), poeta nacional del Pakistan i membre de la comissió que va redactar-ne la Constitució. Seguint de la mà la seva obra The Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam, intenta obrir un diàleg que deixa paleses les diferents formes d’articular-se el natural amb el sobrenatural i les conseqüències que això comporta no solament per a l’Islam sinó per a l’actual redefinició d’Europa.

    The author presents one of the most important personalities of the Islamic reformism: Muhammad Iqbal (1876-1938), a Pakistani national poet and member of the commission which drafted its Constitution. Through its work “The Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam”, the author tries to open a dialogue which shows the different ways how the natural and the supernatural articulate and the consequences derived from this, not only for the Islam, but also for the current redefinition of Europe.
