El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo final la caracterización de la acción política actual dentro del quiebre de los discursos ideológicos tradicionales. Para ello se identificaron las características básicas de los discursos políticos vigentes para mostrar su aplicación en la acción política actual, se examinó el estado de situación de algunos conflictos políticos localizados en Venezuela para determinar la coherencia con el discurso político que los rige y por último se examinó la vigencia de los discursos ideológicos en la acción política para mostrar su relación en el manejo, ejercicio y mantenimiento del poder. La metodología utilizada se fundamentó en la categoría de la investigación cualitativa, por lo que el investigador asume las características y riesgos implicados en este tipo de investigación y en la que el investigador es el instrumento de medida, debido a que prevalece el criterio de éste; son estudios intensivos en pequeña escala; no tienen intención de probar una hipótesis específica, sino más bien generar ideas para potenciar nuevas hipótesis o teorías. Se abordó como conclusión las carencias actuales de soluciones políticas estables y el uso de referentes discursivos como argumentos instrumentales para el acceso y mantenimiento del poder como ejercicio de hegemonía.

This study aimed to characterize the final action within the current political breakdown of traditional ideological speeches. This identified the basic characteristics of the current political discourse to show its application in the current political action, we examined the state of affairs of some political unrest in Venezuela located to determine consistency with the governing political speech and finally examined the effect of ideological discourses in political action to show their relationship in the management, exercise and maintenance of power. The methodology used was based on the category of qualitative research, so that the researcher takes on the characteristics and risks involved in such research and the researcher is the instrument of measurement, because the prevailing view thereof; are small-scale intensive studies, they have no intention to test a specific hypothesis, but rather to generate ideas to develop new hypotheses or theories. Addressed at the conclusion of the current shortcomings and stable political solutions concerning the use of discursive and instrumental arguments for access and maintenance of power as an exercise in hegemony.
