Resumen de La televisión en España, una visión retrospectiva tras la primera década del siglo XXI

  Este artículo sintetiza la historia y los principales aspectos del medio televisivo, centrándose sobre todo en el caso de la situación española. El objetivo es sintetizar las ideas más relevantes desde los inicios de la televisión hasta la actualidad, desde una visión retrospectiva una vez finalizada la primera década del siglo XXI. Tras un breve repaso por los inicios y la evolución del medio, recoge las principales diferencias entre los modelos televisivos públicos y privados, contemplando además uno de los aspectos más novedosos y vigentes como es la implantación progresiva de la Televisión Digital Terrestre (TDT). Asimismo, hablar del medio televisivo supone hacer referencia al imperativo de las audiencias y a sus sistemas de medición, sin olvidar el papel clave que desempeña la figura del presentador de los espacios informativos, su credibilidad profesional, además de su representación como imagen de cadena.

  This article summarizes the history and key aspects of television, focusing in particular on the case of the Spanish situation. The objective is to synthesize the most relevant ideas from the beginnings of television to the present, with hindsight once the first decade of the century. After a brief review of the beginnings and evolution of the medium, contains the main differences between public and private television models, staring also one of the most innovative and current as the progressive introduction of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT). Also, speaking of television is imperative to refer to the hearings and their measurement systems, without forgetting the role played by key figures in this media space, its professional credibility, in addition to its string representation image.
