Resumen de La fotografia catalana: un acte creatiu
Today photography is accepted as an art form. Since the early 1960s two different artistic tendencies have developed within photography: artists that utilize photography to depict reality and artists that utilize photography as a tool to convey ideas or concepts. This article offers a brief overview of these two tendencies in Catalan photography from the 1960's until the early 21st century to illustrate how photographers" unique style transforms their images in acts of pure creation.
