  • This Is a letter from Mamu Kuncha Navinguna, an Iku mamu or priest from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, to indigenous Senator Lorenzo Muelas. It is a pronounced example of an indigenous community's rejection of the state's notion of autonomy in favor of their own legal concepts.
