    En un escenario de crisis económica en el que se tienen que desenvolver las cooperativas, donde siguen coexistiendo las rigurosas reglas de la competitividad y del mercado, recobran interés las estrategias empresariales ligadas al fenómeno de la intercooperación. Reestructuraciones o reorganizaciones demandadas por exigencias competitivas se esgrimen para justificar la necesidad de procesos de integración o de colaboración que adapten el cooperativismo al nuevo marco económico. La legislación cooperativa enuncia distintos instrumentos normativos que pueden facilitar esos procesos. Delimitadas sus formas jurídicas, nos centramos en los acuerdos intercooperativos, en sentido estricto, como instrumentos de colaboración económica que, aunque parca y desigualmente previstos en nuestra legislación cooperativa, pueden constituir una oportunidad que de alguna manera respondan a aquellas necesidades. Ciertas iniciativas que recientemente se nos ofrecen en el entorno cooperativo quizá puedan servir de ejemplo e impulso a la deseable colaboración o cooperación entre cooperativas

    In a scene of economic crisis in which the cooperatives have to be unrolled, where there continue coexisting the rigorous rules of the competitiveness and of the market, the managerial strategies recover interest tied to the phenomenon of the intercooperation. Restructurings or reorganizations demanded by competitive requirements are used to justify the process need of integration or of collaboration that they adapt the cooperativism to the new economic frame. The cooperative legislation enunciates different normative instruments that can facilitate these processes. Delimited his juridical forms, we centre on the intercooperative agreements, on strict sense, as instruments of economic collaboration that, though laconic and unequally foreseen in the Spanish cooperative legislation, they can constitute an opportunity that somehow they answer to those needs.
