Este trabajo es un intento por dilucidar que influencia tiene en la producción la división por género. Mediante el análisis de un caso de una empresa dedicada a los servicios, y el manejo de fuentes estadísticas se llegó a la conclusión que la división por género no es una variable que correlaciones directamente con el nivel productivo. Existen otros factores ambientales, que parecen tener una influencia mayor.

This paper is intended to study the influence among Generic division and production levels. Troughout the analysis of one case pointed to sales and the handling of statistics we conclude that the Gender is not a appropiate variable to measure the production Most Likely, there are some another aspects that appear to show a major correlation.
