The archaeological excavations carried out in the Roman city of Segobriga between 1982 and 2010 have uncovered a set of Italian mortaria. Seven of these mortars were stamped with the names of the owners of the officinae where they were manufactured (Statius Marcius, Calpetanus Favor and two others belonging to the gens Domitia) or the potters who made them (Quietius, Salutaris, Secundinus, Hermes).
