Resumen de La Gloria y la Vida Eterna. El laboratorio teológico de Giorgio Agamben

Con la publicación de El reino y la gloria, la investigación agambeniana sobre el poder parece haber llegado a su fin. Agamben sostiene haber descubierto el arcano del poder que se esconde en la gloria. Esto haría posible postular una política de resistencia, basada en la idea de inoperosidad de la vida eterna, que pueda hacer frente al diagnóstico biopolítico. Este artículo se propone evaluar las características de esa propuesta y el recurso a la teología que la hace posible.

With the publication of The Kingdom and the Glory, Agamben�s research on power seems to have come to an end. Agamben claims to have discovered the secret of power that hides in the glory. That will make possible to propose a politics of resistance, based on the idea of the inoperativeness of eternal life, that can confront the biopolitical diagnosis. This paper aims to evaluate the features of this proposal and the use of theology that makes it possible.
