    El artículo examina el concepto de libertad interna y el concepto de libertad externa. El artículo analiza el aspecto negativo y el aspecto positivo de dichos conceptos. El autor defiende una convergencia formal sin vincular los principios morales con los principios jurídicos. La propuesta se vincula con la discusión contemporánea sobre la teoría de justicia kantiana.

    The article examines the internal freedom concept and the external freedom concept. The article analyses the negative and the positive aspect of these concepts. The author affirms a formal convergence without connecting the moral principles with the juridical principles. The proposal is related to the contemporary discussion about the Kant�s theory of justice.
