  Recientemente se ha empezado a valorar el municipio de Villavicencio como un área con riqueza patrimonial, reconocida como una región de colonización reciente, sin historias o monumentos, se examinó desde sus prácticas culturales, busca hoy la conservación de la arquitectura nativa construida en adobe hallada en el centro antiguo de Villavicencio, permitiendo que su valor permanezca y consolide la memoria colectiva a futuras generaciones.

  Se parte del estudio de lo construido para rehabilitar, luego de haber documentado las patologías e intervenciones presentes en las edificaciones objeto de estudio, documentar la evolución histórica de los inmuebles, documentar el sistema y técnicas constructivas y los materiales utilizados se llegó a concluir la imperiosa necesidad de proteger estas edificaciones, aplicando la metodología acorde a la alternativa de reforzamiento seleccionada, para ser implementada en las edificaciones del caso de estudio, se identifican y evalúan alternativas de reforzamiento de edificaciones con sistemas de muros en adobe previamente aplicadas por el Grupo GRIME.

  Recently it has begun to appreciate the city of Villavicencio as an area with rich heritage, recognized as a region of recent settlement, without history or monuments, was examined from cultural practices today for the conservation of native architecture built in mud found in the old center of Villavicencio, allowing its value remains and consolidate the collective memory of future generations.

  It is part of the study of the buildings to rehabilitate after the pathologies and interventions documented in the buildings present object of study, documenting the historical evolution of property, document the system and construction techniques and materials used it was imperative to conclude the need to protect these buildings, applying the methodology according to the selected strengthening alternative, to be implemented in the buildings of the case study, identify and evaluate alternatives for strengthening of buildings with walls of adobe systems previously applied by the Group GRIME.
