    En este trabajo se fundamenta la estrategia tecnológica para la empresa farmacéutica �Roberto Escudero Díaz�, a partir las herramientas para la Gestión de la Tecnología y la Innovación. Del análisis se evidencia la necesidad de elevar la vigilancia del entorno tecnológico, incrementar la innovación e invertir en tecnologías para realizar los procesos de validación necesaria, así como obtener la certificación de las Buenas Prácticas de Producción Farmacéutica y la Licencia de Operación. Resulta esencial el manejo de estas herramientas por los gestores de la tecnología y la innovación, para incidir con acciones pertinentes que contribuyan al éxito sostenido en el desempeño de su organización.

    The Technological Strategy of pharmaceutical enterprise �Roberto Escudero Díaz�, have been developed upon the basis of the tools of Technology and Innovation Management. This paper attempts to demonstrate the necessity to increase the environment watching and forecast, the enhancing of innovative tasks and to invest on technology, in order to develop the necessary validation process to obtain Good Manufacturing Practices at pharmaceutical industry and to achieve the Operational License. It is essential to manage these tools by technology and innovation managers, to develop the pertinent actions for the success into the organizational performance.
