    Se trata aquí de argumentar el retorno del sujeto social, complejo, opacado por la supuesta autonomía del sujeto político y de separar dialécticamente la lucha social de la lucha política, para integrar en conjunción ambas luchas, considerando la lucha política como instrumento de la lucha social. El fin del sujeto de las teorías estructuralistas al pensamiento posmoderno aludía al sujeto político moderno. Desde la intersección metodológica: marxismo crítico, hermenéutica contemporánea y pensamiento complejo, argumentamos las contradicciones que se presentan con el retorno del sujeto social, en la actualidad, a partir del tratamiento de Marx, el retorno del sujeto reprimido en Franz Hinkelammert y el comunismo con igualitarismo radical en Antonio Negri.

    The central issues here are to argue about the return of the social subject, who is complex, overshadowed by the supposed autonomy of the political subject, and to dialectically separate the social struggle from the political strife, so as to integrate in conjunction both, but considering the political struggle as an instrument of the social strife. The end of the subject from the Structuralist theories to the postmodern thought, pointed to the modern political subject. With the methodological intersection:

    critical Marxism, contemporary hermeneutics and complex thought, We discuss on the contradictions that emerge with the return of the social subject, nowadays, with Marx�s approach, Franz Hinkelammert�s return of the repressed subject and Antonio Negri�s Communism with radical egalitarianism.
