Many different emergent people are taking greatest places in the nacional life of latinamerican countries. In general, the woman, but particularly the christian one with conscience of gender, is taking over a very important place in the development of the latinamerican liberator process.

Even, the native ones, as different individuals, are also taking place in political matters. The afroamerican individual from his cultural roots, is getting aware of his particular way of living the cristianism. As a matter of fact, in Latin America the person who lives in the barrio, represents the mayority of these emergent people. In Latin America, thanks to the theological reflection that keeps going on, which also takes into account the reality as the unique theological place; popular christian people are working to found the kingdom of peace and justice in their communities.

Different emergent subjects (the woman, the indigenous, the Afro-American, the slum area inhabitant) are now having more participation in Latin American countries national life. For many of these subjects, Christianitys essential values (solidarity, justice) are lived spontaneously, specially in popular communities.

The woman in general, but particularly the Christian woman with gender consciousness, is having an important role in the development of the Latin American liberator process. It is also of great significance, the assumption of political spaces by indigenous people as differentiated subjects. On the other hand, the African-American subject is becoming aware of his peculiar way of living Christianity from his cultural roots. The slum area inhabitant is the subject with greater rise in Latin America. Thanks to the theological reflection which is still carried out in Latin America in general, and particularly in Venezuela, from reality as the only theological place, the members of popular Christian communities work in an organized way to start restoring the kingdom of God (a kingdom of justice, a kingdom of peace) in their respective communities. Participation for the construction of a new man an a new nation takes place through the network of popular Christian communities in every Latin-American country.
