Resumen de EL PROCESO DE EMPOBRECIMIENTO GLOBAL Y LAS "GUERRAS CONTRA EL TERRORISMO"

  Aceptando la multidimensionalidad del proceso de empobrecimiento global, las investigaciones sociales promovidas por los organismos multilaterales no incorporan la cuota del empobrecimiento causado por las �guerras contra el terrorismo�.

  Consideramos, como parte del contexto histórico actual incorporar las implicaciones que, en los países afectados por dichas guerras, impedirán cumplir con los Objetivos del Milenio en el 2015. La destrucción de las infraestructuras en los países invadidos arroja consecuencias no tomadas en cuenta por el Banco Mundial, constituyéndose en contribuciones al proceso de empobrecimiento global. Una estrategia geoeconómica se presenta como geopolítica, para ocultar los intereses materiales que subyacen a las �guerras contra el terrorismo�: petróleo y energía.

  Accepting the multi-dimensionality of the process of global impoverishment, the social research promoted by multilateral organisms does not incorporate the percentage of that impoverishment caused by the wars against terrorism. We consider, as part of the current historical context, to include the implications that, in the countries affected by such wars, impede to accomplish the Millennium Objectives in 2015. The destruction of the infrastructure of the countries invaded has brought consequences not taken into account by the World Bank, becoming a contribution to the process of global impoverishment. A geo-economical strategy is being presented as a geopolitical one, to conceal the material interests that underlie the � wars against the terrorism �: oil and energy..
