Resumen de EL PROCESO DE EMPOBRECIMIENTO GLOBAL: UNA CONSPIRACIÓN PROPIA DE LA MODERNIDAD

La investigación aborda de manera interpretativa el tema de la pobreza y su inmanencia al campo de la política. Se parte de la formalidad maquiavélica para luego transitar por la concepción crítica gramsciana sobre política. Se postulan los enfoques de ruptura de Habermas, Foucault y Lash, así como algunas reflexiones de diversos autores sobre la idea de una Política Global y su engranaje sobre la producción del empobrecimiento y de la inequidad global. Dentro de las prioridades emergentes para lograr la equidad planetaria se plantea la desconcentración de la acumulación mundial de conocimiento, la tecnología y la riqueza. De manera concluyente, se establece la necesidad de concebir una dialéctica distinta que propicie la aparición de nuevos sujetos históricos, transformadores sociales, con autonomía orgánica, dispuestos a la recuperación de la cultura de resistencia y con nuevas mediaciones analíticas, culturales y teológicas que respondan a las angustias de nuestros pueblos.

Research approaches the topic of poverty and its immanence to the field of politics in an interpretative manner. The initial theoretical basis is the Machiavellian formality, followed by the gramscianean critical conception on politics. Also, Habermas, Foucault and Lash� approaches of rupture are postulated together with the interpretations of the reflections that several authors have exposed on the idea of a Global Politics and its gear assembly within the production of the impoverishment and of the global inequity.
Among the emergent priorities to achieve the planetary equity, the deconcentration of the world accumulation of knowledge, technology and wealth is posed as a need. In a conclusive way, it can be established that it is necessary to conceive a different dialectics that propitiates the appearance of new historical subjects �social transformers �with organic autonomy, willing to recover the culture of resistance and with new analytical, cultural and theological mediations that give an answer to the anxiety of our people.
