Resumen de El chat como herramienta didáctica en la administración de un curso de postgrado.

El presente estudio describe las experiencias obtenidas durante la gestión de la materia �Fundamentos de la Educación Ambiental�, enmarcada en el primer semestre del Postgrado en Educación Ambiental de la UNELLEZ, cogestionado con los estudiantes de Acarigua � Araure. Con la premisa de que los participantes, deben manejar temas álgidos y deben fijar posición al respecto, se programaron tres (3) sesiones de chat y se establecieron algunas condiciones y se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados:
El chat 1: Permacultivo, Agroecología y Desarrollo Endógeno; en la sesión de inicio se pretendió que los participantes conocieran la herramienta y expresaran sus inquietudes sobre el tema, en 2 horas y 2 minutos se generaron 287 mensajes en 16 participantes, 51% fueron sobre contenidos, 17% Salutación y 32% triviales. El chat 2: Problemática ambiental mundial; en 2 horas y 16 minutos, los 15 estudiantes generaron 313 mensajes, 52% fueron sobre contenidos, 13% Salutación y 31% triviales. Y el chat 3: Marco legal e institucional de la Educación Ambiental; en 2 horas, tuvo la condición de no tener facilitador, por lo que los 15 participantes construyeron la herramienta didáctica, generando 329 mensajes, 64% fueron sobre contenidos, 21% Salutación y 15% triviales. El chat es una herramienta de educación muy útil en el ámbito universitario; permite fijar posición clara sobre un tema determinado ante un grupo a fin; es exigente, debido a la sincronía del evento; facilita la interacción de las ideas sobre un tema; profundiza la relación y cooperación entre los miembros de la gestión, iguala dicha relación.

This article describes the experiences gained during the management of the subject "fundamentals of environmental education", framed in the first semester of Postgraduate in environmental education of the UNELLEZ, co-managed with students of Acarigua - Araure. With the premise that the participants should handle important topics and must fix position in the matter, there were three (3) scheduled chat sessions and some conditions were established giving the following results: Chat 1: Permaculture, Agroecology and Endogenous Development; In the initial session was intended that participants will get familiar with the tool and would express their concerns on the subject, in 2 hours and 2 minutes 287 messages were sent among the 16 participants, 51% were about the topic content, 17% greeting and 32% trivial. Chat 2: global environmental problems, in 2 hours and 16 minutes 313 messages were sent among the 15 participants from which 52% were topic content, 13% greeting and 31% trivial. Chat 3: legislative and institutional framework for environmental education. The Chat 3 had a different condition than the previous two (2), in this case students had to build the teaching tool because there was no instructor present. In 2 hours the 15 participants sent 329 messages, 64% were content, 21% greeting and 15% trivial. The chat is a very useful tool for education at the university level; it allows you to have a clear position on a determined topic before a specific group; it is demanding due to the synchrony of the event; it deepens the relation and cooperation among the member of the management.
