  El curso tuvo la importancia de ser el primero entre los de derecho �duro� del CIDECIDECIDECIDE, institución pública mexicana que selecciona alumnos de élite provenientes de todos los sectores económicos y de diferentes regiones del país. Ello ha permitido estructurarlo en torno a interrogantes seguidas de debates. Para lograrlo se definieron objetivos de conocimiento, de habilidades y actitudes traducidos en un temario, una metodología y un sistema de evaluación.

  The importance of this course lies in the fact that it was the first one among the �hard� law courses in CIDECIDECIDECIDE, a public Mexican institution which selects elite students coming from all economic sectors an all the geographical regions of the country. It is structured around questions followed by debates. To reach this structure, objectives have been designed concerning knowledge, abilities and attitudes translated to a content, methodology and a test system.
