Resumen de Las limitaciones constitucionales al derecho a la vida

El presente trabajo intenta identificar las diferentes limitaciones al derecho a la vida que sean compatibles con la Constitución Política chilena, analizando especialmente la pena de muerte desde una perspectiva crítica y humanista. También intenta justificar constitucionalmente la legítima defensa, así como el uso autorizado de las armas militares, al tratarse de las otras restricciones legítimas al mencionado derecho.

This work tries to identify the different boundaries to the right to life that they are compatible with the Political Constitution of Chile, analyzing specially the capital punishment from a critical and humanist perspective. Also it tries to justify constitutionally the legitimate defense, as well as the authorize use of the military weapons, on having treated itself about other legitimate restrictions to the mentioned right.
