Resumen de Hudson, MArtínez Estrada y las Marta Riquelme

  Ezequiel Martínez Estrada ha sido considerado como uno de los mayores ensayistas argentinos del siglo XX por su monumental Radiografía de la pampa. Años después de esta publicación escribe El maravilloso mundo de Guillermo Enrique Hudson. Si toda la referencia de Martínez Estrada a Hudson fuera ésta, lamentaríamos que la agudeza de otras obras suyas tuviera apariciones tan disparejas en ella. Sin embargo, Martínez Estrada escribe con grandeza un cuento largo con el mismo nombre de otro de Hudson, «Marta Riquelme», retomando ésta y otras de sus historias.

  Sobre estos relatos tratará el trabajo. Se intentará mostrar y justificar, por un lado, que ellos pueden leerse como presentación literaria de síntomas y, por otro, que éstos remiten a América como su referencia.

  Ezequiel Martínez Estrada has been considered one of the finest Argentinean essayists of the XX Century, due to his monumental Radiografía de la pampa. After this publication, he wrote El maravilloso mundo de Guillermo Enrique Hudson. If this was the only reference from Martínez Estrada to Hudson, we would regret that the sharpness of others of his writings had such uneven manifestations in it. Nevertheless, Martínez Estrada writes with greatness a long story with the same name than one of Hudson, «Marta Riquelme», evoking this and others of his stories. This work will refer to these narratives. It will be intended to show and justify, on one hand, that they can be read as a literary presentation of symptoms and, on the other, that they take America as its reference.
