    Desde su fundación y puesta en marcha en el año 2002 la Corte Penal Internacional ha abierto ocho procesos en el continente africano de todos los que ha investigado. Cabe resaltar que el clamor por una justicia universal no ha sido aprobado por ninguno de los países BRIC ni por los EEUU, entonces ¿dónde está la universalidad del organismo?

    International Criminal Court has been bond from 2002. Out of the prosecuted process investigated by the ICC only eight they have been successful and all of these eight have been set in the African continent. It is good to remark that the international concern on the universal justice has not been ratified by BRIC countries neither by USA, then, where the universal justice is found?
