    O sofrimento psíquico derivado da exposição à ambiente laboral onde não há a gestão e o combate ao fenômeno mobbing é uma forte realidade no contexto do ensino formal do interior do Amazonas. O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar e analisar indicadores da ocorrência do mobbing em ambiente escolar da educação básica e do ensino superior federal, notadamente de Humaitá interior do Amazonas/Brasil. Trata-se de pesquisa realizada a partir de aplicação de instrumento próprio, analisado com apoio do SPSS junto a uma amostra de profissionais da educação formal. Os resultados revelam a forte ocorrência do mobbing sinalizando para a necessidade de continuidade das pesquisa para geração de informações que possam apoiar a tomada de decisões para a criação de políticas, programas, projetos e ações efetivas de identificação e combate ao mobbing como forma de assédio moral e psicológico, de modo a proporcionar um ambiente de trabalho adequado à saúde psicológica e emocional criando condições para o bem-estar psicossocial que é direito de todos/as.

    The psychic suffering derived from the exposure to the laboring ambience where there is no hierarchical administration and the combat of the phenomenon of mobbing is a strong reality in the formal teaching context in the interior of Amazonas state. The focus of this research is to present and analyze the indicators of occurrence of mobbing in the Basic and the Federal Superior teaching contexts, notably in the city of Humaitá in the interior of Amazonas/Brazil. It also deals with the research conducted by the application of proper instruments, analyzed with the help of SPSS with samples gathered from formal Education professionals. The results revealed a strong occurrence of mobbing signaling towards the need for the continuity of these researches for the information generation that may support the decision-taking for the creation of policies, programs, projects and effective actions for the identification and combat of mobbing as a form of psychological and moral harassment in order to provide emotional and psychological health at the work place by creating conditions for the psychosocial well-being as a universal right.
