    El presente artículo realiza una reflexión sobre la importancia del lenguaje jurídico de la sentencia como herramienta de comunicación entre el juez y la ciudadanía, en el contexto de la consolidación del Estado democrático de derecho. En el recuento teórico realizado, la sentencia es vista no sólo como la decisión judicial, sino como la forma en que los tribunales de justicia expresan su voz.

    Por ello, el artículo señala la complejidad existente en el lenguaje jurídico de nuestros días y recomienda su transformación a fin de crear en la sentencia una herramienta útil para la construcción de un verdadero lazo comunicativo y no convertirse en un obstáculo que aísla y separa a la autoridad del gobernado.

    This paper reflects on the importance of the legal language of legal resolutions as communication tools between the judge and the public, within the context of consolidating of the rule of law. In the document, the resolution is seen not only as a judicial decision, but as the way the courts express their voice.

    Therefore, this article describes the complexity in the legal language of our times and recommends its transformation to make the resolution a useful tool for the construction of a true link of communication and not to become in a barrier that isolates and separates the authority from the governed.
