    Muchos son los pensadores que han estudiado y analizado la estructura social que forma la familia. Autores como Durkheim, Le Play, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Freíd, Comte, entre otros, han planteado diferentes cuestiones dentro de la Sociología de la Familia.

    El artículo presente expone como la evolución del espacio y del tiempo provoca diferentes cambios en los grupos sociales que pueden ser considerados como progresistas, por un lado, o inmorales por otro. La familia, como institución, se ha visto afectada e influenciada por todos estos cambios, muchos de ellos consecuencia de los derechos y Libertades de los individuos.

    A pesar de los intentos de las instituciones eclesiásticas de mantener su estructura inicial, la Familia se transforma estableciendo diferentes estructuras que no afectan a su fortaleza y que se adaptan al progreso en pro de las libertades emocionales de los individuos, con la ayuda del Estado que actualiza sus Leyes, adaptándolas a las nuevas realidades.

    El texto refleja como el control social que ejercen, durante siglos, Iglesia y Estado, va disminuyendo de manera progresista, al reducir el número de alianzas eclesiásticas. Por otro lado y a pesar de las diferentes acciones del Estado, los agentes sociales, optan por otras vías, verbales o emocionales, de unión evitando de este modo el control que este ejerce.

    Se observa como a medida que el tiempo evoluciona, el inconformismo social antes las normas y reglas impuestas por las diferentes instituciones va en aumento, buscando nuevas formas de convivencias guiadas por las emociones y los sentimientos.

    Many thinkers who have studied and analyzed the social structure that forms the family. Authors such as Durkheim, Le Play, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Freid, Comte, and others have raised various issues in the Sociology of the Family. The present article presents the evolution of space and time causes several changes in social groups can be regarded as progressive, by one side or the other immoral. The family as an institution has been affected and influenced by all these changes, many of them result of the rights and freedoms of individuals. Despite attempts by ecclesiastical institutions to maintain its initial structure, the family is transformed by establishing different structures that do not affect their strength and adapting to progress towards emotional freedoms of individuals, with the help of the State updated their laws, adapting to new realities. The text reflects as social control for centuries, church and state, is progressively decreases by reducing the number of church partnerships. Moreover, despite the different actions of the State, social partners, they choose other means, verbal or emotional bonding thus avoiding that exerts control. Is seen as as time evolves, social nonconformity before the rules and regulations imposed by the different institutions is increasing, finding new ways of living together guided by emotions and feelings.
