    El presente artículo sostendrá la hipótesis de que el problema fundamental de la filosofía política como germen del Estado Moderno, se ha convertido hoy en el discurso de la servidumbre voluntaria dentro de la perversión de un deseo gregario: el amor al caudillismo y con él, una extraña dialéctica del goce a la sumisión, elemento este, que implicaría delegar la autodeterminación a una autoridad distinta a la razón propia; mostrando de esta forma como el derecho ha replicado al psicoanálisis �en el marco de su propio discurso de poder- el factor edipización, como justificante simbólico de una totalitaria emancipación.

    This article will support the hypothesis that the fundamental problem of the political philosophy, has become today, in the discourse of the voluntary servitude, that is to say, the mechanism of legitimation of the tyrannies, from the perversion of a gregarious desire: the love to the domination, and with him, a strange dialectic of the enjoyment of the submission, an element that would imply to delegate the self-determination to an authority different from the own reason; showing of this form as the law has retort to the psychoanalysis - in the context of its own discourse of power- the factor oedipalization like symbolic argument of a totalitarian emancipation.
