En el marco de la investigación "El concepto de auditorio. Aportes de la teoría de la argumentación de Chaïm Perelman al debate sobre la argumentación jurídica", cuyo objetivo se centra en determinar el lugar de dicho concepto en la decisión judicial y en establecer un análisis de las diferentes versiones sobre este tema y su relación con la perspectiva de Perelman, el presente artículo expone tres motivos que hacen que un caso jurídico llegue a considerarse como difícil.
In the framework of the research "The auditorium concept. Contribution of the argumentation theory of Chaïm Perelman to the debate about legal argumentation" which objective focus on finding the place of that concept in the judgments and to establish an analysis of the different versions about this topic and its relation with the Perelman perspective, the current paper present three reasons that make a legal case to be considered laborious.
