Aquest document té per objecte oferir informació a professionals i ciutadans acostar els procediments i processos d�intervenció que desenvolupen els/les treballadors/as socials sanitaris en les diferents institucions sanitàries de la Comunitat Valenciana.
És important identificar l�especificitat del Treball Social Sanitari per a consolidar la identitat professional des de l�homogeneïtat en els processos i procediments d�intervenció i la identificació de les funcions que desenvolupen aquests professionals en les diferents institucions/serveis sanitaris de la Comunitat Valenciana.

The purpose of this document is to provide both, professionals and citizens, with information about the procedures and processes of intervention developed by social workers within the different health institutions of the Community of Valencia.
It is important to identify the specificity of Social Work in the Health Care System in order to consolidate Professional Identity from the homogeneity in the processes and procedures of intervention and the identification of the duties carried out by these professionals in the different health institutions/services of the Community of Valencia.
