Resumen de O acolhimento - ou hospitalidade turística - como interface possível entre o universal e o local no contexto da mundialização

  The article proposes, in the horizon of the Freudian theoretical frame, the comprehension of the tourism as human expression searching knowledge and pleasure somewhere else where the original object cannot be identified. It analyzes, in the context of globalization, a dynamic interaction among the universal and the local activated by the reception process. Even in highlighted touristic destinations with the colors of traditional, universal and mercantilist practices, the touristic experience, through the reception, can become source of knowledge, breaking the host and the guest’s frontiers of territories, inaugurating spaces of objective and subjective dimensions. The reflections point out to a premature development in the relational conditions to the reception, even between the tourism professionals. In this sense, it is pertinent the implementation of formation processes towards the development of competence to the reception, through the narrow collaboration among the academy, the elementary and high school, public administration and the touristic trade.

  A luz do quadro teorico freudiano, o artigo focaliza a compreensao do turismo como expressao humana da busca do conhecimento e do prazer num outro lugar, onde o objeto original nao pode ser identificado. Analisa, no contexto da mundializacao, uma interacao dinamica entre o universal e o local mobilizada pelo acolhimento. Mesmo face a influencia de praticas tonalizadas pelo tradicional, universal e mercadologico, a experiencia turistica, via acolhimento, pode tornar.se fonte de saber, rompendo fronteiras territoriais entre acolhedor e acolhido, inaugurando espacos de dimensoes objetivas e subjetivas. Identifica.se incipiente desenvolvimento das condicoes relacionais de acolhimento, mesmo entre profissionais do turismo, tornando.se pertinente implantar processos formativos para reversao desse quadro, mediante colaboracao entre academia, educacao basica, administracao publica e trade turistico
