En todos los casos, el sistema impuesto de relaciones laborales pretende controlar el confl icto laboral e integrar a las estructuras sindicales. Este artículo comienza describiendo los tres grandes modelos de representación de los trabajadores en Europa. Posteriormente, se detiene en el caso español, reconstruyendo sus antecedentes y su actual estructuración.
Por último, se refl exiona sobre los elementos que pueden favorecer la combatividad y el potencial transformador del contra-poder sindical.
In each country, the State use diff erent criterions to recognise the representation of labour organizations. In every case, the imposed labour relations system aims to control labour confl ict and integrate trade unions. Th is article begins with a description of the three great workers representation models in Europe. Th en it analyses the Spanish case, reconstructing its origins and its current structure. Lastly, it reflfl ects on the factors which can favour the militancy and the transformative potential of trade union counter-power.
