    El artículo describe el lugar que ocupa la liturgia en los catecismos publicados con el fin de adaptar el Catecismo de la Iglesia católica a diferentes edades. Concretamente el Catecismo Padre nuestro y el texto Los primeros pasos en la fe, propio para el despertar religioso de los niños más pequeños, el Catecismo Jesús es el Señor y la Guía básica del Catecismo, adecuado para la edad de la iniciación sacramental, y, finalmente, el Catecismo joven de la Iglesia católica o «Youcat», destinado a los jóvenes.

    The article describes the place of the liturgy in the catechisms published in order to adapt the Catechism of the Catholic Church at different ages. Specifically the basic Catechism «Padre nuestro» (The Lordʹs Prayer), the book «Los primeros pasos en la fe» (First steps on faith), appropriate for religious awakening of the younger children, the Catechism «Jesús es el Señor» (Jesus is the Lord) and «Guía báscia del Cate‐ cismo» (Basic Guide to the Catechism), suitable for the sacramental initation (these books have been published by the Spanish Conference of Bishops), and, finally, the Youth Catechism of the Catholic Church or «Youcat» for young people.
