Resumen de Lo studio del diritto parlamentare in prospettiva comparata
Studies on parliamentary rules of procedure must be faced more and more in comparative terms rather than from a merely technical standpoint. This comparative field is widening from legislative process to scrutiny procedures, enriched with parliamentary functions directly related to supernational sources, such as in particular the European Union. The present study will thus analyse this perspective on a methodological level, by suggesting some comparative remarks.
