La experiencia de una religiosa trinitaria en el campo de concentración de Autschwitz, nos muestra la santidad como clave de diálogo interreligioso y con el no creyente. La ejemplar vida de Sor Ángela Autsch impactó profundamente a los que vivieron con ella y los motivó a permanecer seres humanos, en aquella terrible situación. Los hizo así reconocer en su fe y en su religiosidad el motor y la fuerza de su heroica gesta y ver en ella a Dios, pese a no compartir sus creencias. Del mismo modo siendo capaz de aceptar y acoger al otro, amándolo, como ama Dios, independientemente de su credo o ideología, tendió un puente de comunicación que difícilmente se podría lograr por otros caminos.

The experience of a Sister from the Most Holy Trinity congregation, at the concentration camp of Auschwitz, shows us holiness as a key for interreligious dialogue, and for the dialogue with nonbelievers. The exemplary life of Sister Autsch produced a deep impact on those who lived with her, and motivated them to remain human beings in that terrible situation. It brought them to recognize in her faith and religiosity, the motor and the force of her heroic deed, and also to see God in her, in spite of not sharing her faith. In the same way, being able to accept and receive the other, loving him/her as God himself loves, independently of their creed or ideology, she spanned a bridge of communication which hardly could be achieved by any other means.
