  En el año 2010, a instancias del Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Torredelcampo (Jaén), me fue encomendada la investigación para la realización del procedimiento para la legalización del escudo, bandera e himno conforme a lo dispuesto por la Junta de Andalucía en la Ley 6/2003, de 9 de octubre (B.O.J.A. núm.

  210, de 31 de octubre de 2003), reguladora de los símbolos, tratamientos y registro de las entidades locales de Andalucía.

  Finalizada la memoria justificativa del escudo, bandera e himno de la población, fue aprobada por el pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión de 27 de enero de 2011, que a su vez fue elevada y tramitada junto al expediente administrativo a la Junta de Andalucía, institución que a través de la Consejería de Gobernación emitió informe de legalidad sobre el expediente de referencia, tras lo cual, la Dirección General de Administración Local dictó Resolución favorable el 20 de abril de 2011, publicada en el B.O.J.A. núm.

  96, de 18 de mayo de 2011, por el que admitía la inscripción en el Registro Andaluz de Entidades Locales (R.A.E.L.), de la bandera, escudo e himno de Torredelcampo, con lo que tras este procedimiento administrativo, la población vio oficializadas sus señas identificativas.

  In 2010, to instances of Mayor-President of the Town Council of Torredelcampo (Jaén) I was entrusted the investigation to begin the procedure of legalization of the coat of arms, the flag and the hymn as established by Junta de Andalucía in the Ley 6/2003, of 9thOctober (B.O.J.A. núm. 210, de 31 de octubre de 2003) which regulates the symbols, procesing and registration of cities, towns and villages in Andalucía.

  Finalized the justificatory file of the coat of arms, flag, and hymn of the village, it was aproved by the plenary of the town council in meeting on 27th January 2011, which at the same time was elevated and dealt with altogether with the administrative expedient to the Junta de Andalucía, institution which through the Consejería de Gobernación expressed report of lawfulness about the reference file, and after this the Dirección General de Administración Local gave favourable Ressolution on 20th April 2011, published in the B.O.J.A. núm. 96, of 18th May 2011, by which the inscription was admitted in the Registro Andaluz de Entidades Locales (R.A.E.L.) of the flag, coat of arms, and hymn of Torredelcampo. With this administrative procedure the Town Council of Torredelcampo saw their own identity marks made official
