    La siguiente presentación tiene por objeto plantear el problema de la acción humana y la técnica. Lo humano y lo instrumental. El esfuerzo humano por pretender controlar (limitar) la técnica, es la Hybris contra la cual se levanta la palabra de Apolo en Delfos. El conocimiento de los límites del hombre, es lo que reivindica al hombre y no a la pretendida responsabilidad, con la que cree, se le ha entregado la misión de dirigir su propio destino. El Nosce te ipsum, del templo de Apolo, es la filosofía, la sabiduría que está en el reconocimiento de los límites que marcan la esencia del hombre y que consiste en pensar intentando no sobrepasarlos jamás. Lo que se postulará aquí, es que el concepto de precaución y su Principio, sigue siendo una determinación de la técnica, no sólo una consumación de la acción instrumental y antropológica, sino una consumación de la �técnica� del pensamiento.

    The following presentation has for object raise the problem of the human action and the technology. The human and instrumental. The human effort for trying to control (to (limit) the technology, is the Hybris against which the word of Apollo gets up in Delphi. The knowledge of the limits of the man, it is what claims the man and not to the claimed responsibility, with which he believes, there has been delivered him the mission to direct his own destination. The Nosce te ipsum, of the temple of Apollo, is the philosophy, the wisdom that is in the recognition of the limits that mark the essence of the man and that it consists of thinking never trying to exceed them. What will be postulated here, is that the concept of precaution and his Principle, it continues being a determination of the technology, not only a consummation of the instrumental and anthropologic action,
