Aprovechando la oportunidad que brinda la Red, trataremos de dar un enfoque innovador que dé respuesta a las demandas que se puedan encontrar desde un punto de vista relacional.
Buscamos la motivación, reforzar el sentimiento de pertenencia y mejora colectiva y acercar las herramientas que nos ofertan las llamadas nuevas tecnologías a un personal presumiblemente poco atendido por su organización. En definitiva lo que tratamos es que la Intranet de este hospital refleje una de sus principales características: una cultura corporativa propia. Para ello, utilizaremos la principal herramienta de comunicación digital, aplicada a la gestión interna: la Intranet.
