Resumen de Aportes a la escritura de la Historia del Arte: Hegel-Winckelmann-Schnaase: un análisis confrontativo

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto emprender un análisis confrontativo a fin de establecer un criterio de periodización, tensiones y desvíos en los modos de pensar y escribir la Historia del Arte. Será preciso circunscribir el enfoque a la estética hegeliana propia del siglo XIX y establecer una comparación con las concepciones del arte ligadas al modelo que había propuesto Winckelmann en el siglo XVIII. Según afirma Michael Podro, Winckelmann habilita una primera línea de pensamiento tendiente a conceptualizar el arte de un modo diferente: el arte de una cultura lejana sustentado en la idea de un arte desviado de la norma. De manera que algunos segmentos de su discurso serán empleados como fuente secundaria. Se examinarán algunas citas de los escritos de Karl Schnaase, quien fuera deudor de la obra de Hegel, y se señalarán tópicos de interés que permitan configurar un panorama contrastante en el tratamiento del arte en períodos anteriores.

The aim of this paper is to start a contrastive analysis so as to establish a period, tension and deviation criterion in the ways of thinking and writing the History of Art. It will be necessary to circumscribe the approach to Hegel?s aesthetic characteristic of the XIX century and establish a comparison with the art conceptions related to the model proposed by Winckelmann in the XVIII century. According to Michael Podro, Winckelmann is the initiator of the first way of thinking in order to conceptualize the Art in a different way: the Art of a far away culture based on the idea of an Art deviated from the norm so, some parts of his discurse will be used as a secondary source. Some quotations from Karl Schnaase's writings will be examined, who owed to Hegel's work, and some interesting topics that allow the configuration of a constrastive perspective in the Art treatment in previous periods will be pointed out.
