  • The Author reveals the links between the Bonaventurian Breviloquium and Chapter IX of the Franciscan Regula Bullata. The title chosen by Bonaventure is not at all a case, but an allusion to the Franciscan Rule: the main objects of the Bonaventurian booklet were Franciscans concerned with preaching. The article also examines links with the tradition of Verbum abbreviatum, known both by Francis and Bonaventure.
