    Tal y como manifiesta la introducción del artículo, la filosofía analítica, a partir de las reflexiones del segundo Wittgenstein, fue provista de unos recursos conceptuales que permitieron reinstalar justificadamente el sentido del discurso religioso en el ámbito mismo donde antes le fuera negado. El propósito de este artículo es caracterizar, conforme a los comentarios wittgensteinianos de La Rama Dorada de James A. Frazer, la forma de vida religiosa como perteneciente al ámbito de lo no racional, y no de lo irracional.

    As it is expressed in the introduction to the paper, as from the reflections of the second Wittgenstein, analytical philospphy was provided with some conceptual resources that allowed a justified reinstatement of the sense of religious discourse in the very same philosophical circles where it had not previously been accepted. Taking into account the wittgensteinian comments in The Golden Bough by James A. Frazer, the purpose of this paper is to characterize religious life as belonging to the realm of the non rational rather than to the realm of the irrational.
